Mat has been a coach for 4 years working with general population clients with Body Composition (Fat Loss and Muscle Gain) related goals and as a personal physical preparation coach for a variety of sports; football/futsal, tennis, AFL, BJJ and Japanese Jui Jitsu, and Powerlifting Athletes.
25, Mat being a former u20 Australian Futsal player and competitive Footballer, developed a passion for SnC and saw a need for athletes to better prepare themselves physically to withstand the demands of the sport. Seeing a trend whereby players were suffering from chronic soft tissue injury’s, lower back pain, and a high the risk ACL injury, it became a passion to help reduce the risk of injury to allow players the opportunity to develop their technical game and therefore improve their performance come game day.
